ShopNASA Shipping Information

Most packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  

Domestic Orders

Free shipping (orders over $75) in the United States is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage 3-6 business days.*

Priority Mail is available for an extra charge. Delivery 2-6 business days*

International Orders

Please note that international shipping rates are solely for shipping and do not include customs charges. Please refer to your local postal service provider to inquire about customs charges for your country.

First Class International delivery 13-40 business days.*

Priority Mail International delivery 8-12 business days.*

Priority Express International delivery 4-7 business days.*

UPS Worldwide Saver delivery 1-5 Business Days*

DHL Worldwide delivery 1-4 Business Days*

 *These are estimates and exact delivery time is not guaranteed.  The only service that guarantees delivery time is Priority Express and Priority Express International to these countries only: Australia, Canada, China, France (does not include Corsica and Monaco), Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain (does not include Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand.  Delivery times are from the time of order fulfillment and not from time of order placement.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following 1-3 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date in which you received the item. The item must be in its original condition and box; including all parts, accessories and packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return. In order for ShopNASA to continually improve customer service, we ask that you please provide a general explanation for your return.

For orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd, the 30 day return window will begin on December 25th rather than the date of delivery to allow for holiday returns.

Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.  We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Shop NASA is not responsible for packages once they are handed off to our shipping providers. If your package has been tracked and confirmed to have been delivered to your shipping address, we are not liable for the lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for personally calling or going to their local USPS or UPS to ask for assistance in tracking the package. After reaching out to them if you are still unable to find your order please reach out to us at: so that we can assist you in filing a claim and getting you refunded. Please note that this may be a lengthy process as the insurance requires us to wait a certain amount of days (20 for domestic 40 for international) before we can finalize the paperwork.


Shipments Showing Returned to Sender (RTS)

If your tracking information shows that your shipment is being returned to sender or failed delivery, it is the customers responsibility to please reach out to us. We’ll ask for an alternative or correct address and re-ship your package to you at the provided address once the order makes its way back to us. Please note that in most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will send you an invoice and once it is paid your order will be re-shipped. If the order is no longer wanted we will issue a refund for the items. Please note that we only hold on to RTS's for 30 days. Email so we can further assist you.



If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by email at within 30 days of receipt of the package so that we can explain what steps need to be taken. We are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  We are closed on weekends and federal holidays.
